We've just launched some new features.

Bank Statement Import & Reconcile

We're excited to announce that you can now import your bank transactions. We currently support OFX and CSV files. Find out more by reading our guide: How to Import & Reconcile a Bank Statement in payPod.

Invoice Due Dates

You can now add a due date due dates to invoices. Recurring invoices also have the option to calculate a due date at the time the invoice gets generated.

Recurring Invoice Improvements

You can now set recurring invoices to be perpetual, as apposed to ending on a fixed date. We have also moved the email section to allow the email addresses to be pre-filled after selecting a client.

Additional Email Addresses on Clients

We have added a new field which allows up to three additional email addresses to be added to any client. These additional email addresses will pre-fill the "CC" field when sending emails from payPod.

More to Come

We are currently working on some improvements and new features. Our highest priority items are:

• Ability to import clients.
• Report of unpaid & overdue invoices.
• Invoice limit for recurring invoices.
